First Lady Brenda Palmer was born October 5, in Los Angeles, California and raised in Princeton, West Virginia; where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Bishop Larry D. Palmer, Sr. To this union she has two sons David and Ryan (Angela), and nine grandchildren: Shon, Isiah, William, Mekhi, Miracle, Israel, Marvin, Chloe, and Isabella.

First Lady Palmer has traveled extensively with her husband in Europe, Asia, and the Pacific.  She has ministered to hundreds of women and married couples. While serving with her husband in Germany and various stateside locations, she mentored young, single, and married women. 

First Lady Palmer is the founder of the Sisters of Purpose ministry at Israel Total Life Ministries.  She oversees the monthly studies and teachings.  This ministry consists of women who are striving to be excellent women of God.  Their goal is to encourage and build each other up by stirring up the gifts they possess in Christ.

In 2006, First Lady Palmer birthed a unique ministry at Israel Total Life Ministries, The Elegant Little Black Dress Social. This ministry is committed to helping women conquer life’s challenges through prayer, fasting, and fellowship. One of the goals of this ministry is to strengthen the “sistership” bond. This annual event is an evening filled with First Lady Palmer’s passion is praise and worship. On occasions she leads the Praise & Worship service at Israel Total Life Ministries. She believes that the Praise & Worship ministry is more than just singing. Per Lady Palmer, “It is, and must be, a…lifestyle!” First Lady Palmer is a strong spirit filled woman of God.  She has a giving spirit, compassionate ear, and love for the Lord.  She is also known to make the best peach cobbler and sweet potatoe pie in Indian Head Maryland
